MARPAT Abogados is a law firm located in Asuncion, Paraguay. It started its practice in January, 2002, having as a main objective the integral assessment, legal and technical, of all matters related to Industrial Property on a national and international level.
Currently, after several years of practice in Industrial Property Law, the firm has expanded its coverage with the association of new members with experience in several areas, including: Civil, Corporate, Bankruptcy, Telecommunications, Environmental, Distribution and Franchise, and Consumer Protection Laws. In this way, a multi-disciplinary, responsible, and committed team of professionals has been formed in order to answer to the different challenges in the national and international business world of today.
